Most tag sales are straight forward events and we have a formula that ensures the best possible outcome. However, every property is unique and may require more or less preparation so it is difficult to generalize a pricing structure.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR EVENTS
We believe in having easy to follow and understand guidelines for each and every estate sale while treating every customer and every item with respect.
Item Pricing:
We price each and every item based on current trends and then discount all items each day of the sale. Our goal is to sell all items by the end on the last day. Daily discounts will be clearly posted for each day at the sale. Come back every day for deeper discounts and feel free to make us an offer!
Day Of:
Numbered tickets for admission will be given out one hour before opening each day of the sale. A limited amount for shoppers will be admitted at any one time, based on the room available in the residence.
All Sales are final.
All Items are sold AS IS.
No Refunds.
Customers are responsible for removal of all items, unless directed.
Larger items are to be removed on last day, unless other arrangements are made.
H&H Estate Liquidations is not resposible for injuries and lost or stolen items.

Why consider an estate sale?
The purpose of an estate sale company, or a tag sale business is to liquidate the contents of a home in a short-defined period of time, while maximizing the amount that the items are sold for. After all personal items and sensitive data are removed from the home, it can be staged, advertised, and priced. Staging of an estate sale consists of making all items look appealing and visible. Advertising by posting pictures and descriptions on websites like estatesales.net and posting on social media platforms. Pricing all items individually is essential to running a well-organized and easy to understand sale. Shoppers want to know how much items are and what the rules for discounting and negotiating offers are. When discounting items, a set discount for each day of the sale is the most efficient and easiest to understand way to reduce the price of items. Some items are set at a reserve, generally those items are gold and silver or items that have a minimum value that can be calculated accurately and liquidated in the most beneficial way for the homeowner or the estate, possibly at a jewelry store or at auction. Every sale is different, depending on the size of the property and the volume of items. Typically, an estate sale can be set up within two to four weeks. This provides enough time to make the residence and the items ready for the sale, but also time to market the sale and get shoppers excited.
